Shipping & Handling

PACKAGING – All TD at Home orders are packed with care in either a long box or mailing satchel. We take every precaution to ensure that the product is in top condition when it arrives at your door, however if for any reason your goods arrive damaged please let us know straight away.

TIMELINE – Orders are processed from the very next business day that your order is placed. We print every order custom to ensure the best quality and colour consistency possible. This may take us a few days however, unless we notify you, it will take no longer than 7-10 business for your product to be shipped. Postage travel times may vary depending on where you are located in Australia.

PRICING – TD at Home does not inflate shipping charges. All items are sent via Australia Post to provide the most diverse shipping location options i.e. home address, PO Box, parcel locker etc.

If you have chosen standard shipping and your parcel does not arrive, unfortunately we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. For this reason, we do strongly advise express delivery, as this is a trackable service.
